At Isla Plug, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product you received, you may request a return or refund within the specified time frames outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Your request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Refund Policy

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
